These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and jlil1 ("jlil1," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlil1.app ("Platform"). By completing the registration process on jlil1, accessing any part of the Platform, or engaging in any real-money or free-play gaming activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all versions of the jlil1 Platform, including the browser-based website accessible from desktop and mobile devices. Use of the jlil1 Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines is governed by these Terms alongside applicable Philippine laws, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 and the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").

jlil1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

To register and maintain an active jlil1 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR. jlil1 conducts age verification at account registration and may conduct further verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. Access from prohibited jurisdictions may result in immediate account suspension.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jlil1. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order, a PAGCOR exclusion order, or any court-ordered gambling prohibition.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, consultant, contractor, agent, or affiliate of jlil1 or any of its service providers where participation in gaming activities is restricted.

To access real-money gaming on jlil1, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You must provide your legal full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document, a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during or after registration for identity verification purposes ("KYC — Know Your Customer").

jlil1 is required under PAGCOR's regulatory framework to verify the identity of all registered players before permitting withdrawals and at various thresholds of activity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID. jlil1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlil1 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify jlil1 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlil1 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

All jlil1 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in alternative currencies are converted to Philippine Peso at prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction. jlil1 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

jlil1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI InstaPay, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. jlil1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the jlil1 account.

• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jlil1 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect during standard banking hours.
• jlil1 does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• jlil1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or origin, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error by the player are subject to jlil1's review process and are not automatically refunded.

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance (net of any applicable wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlil1 account holder.

• GCash and Maya: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Bank Transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): Processed within twenty-four (24) hours subject to network confirmation times.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus plays are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• jlil1 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for the purpose of security verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abuse activity may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

jlil1 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated. The general provisions below apply to all jlil1 promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification in accordance with these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus offer. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live baccarat and live roulette typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's individual terms.
• jlil1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the jlil1 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer procedures, as applicable. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be manipulated by players or jlil1 staff. In the event of a malfunction, dispute, or technical error, jlil1 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund wagers to the player's account.

• jlil1 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection during gameplay on the player's side. In the event of disconnection from a live casino game, the game outcome is recorded server-side and will be processed accordingly upon reconnection.
• Maximum bet limits apply to some games and game variants, particularly where jackpot bonuses or enhanced RTP modes are active. These limits are displayed within the individual game interface.
• Bet placement in live casino games is subject to the betting window countdown displayed on screen. Bets placed after the betting window closes will not be accepted.
• All game results are final once the hand, spin, or round is completed and confirmed by the game server. jlil1 will not reverse results based on subjective player dissatisfaction with outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlil1 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate personal information during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one jlil1 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or jlil1 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting an identified malfunction are void.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Sharing account access with another person for any purpose, including proxy play.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward jlil1 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure restrictions by registering a new account.

jlil1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its registered players. Gambling at jlil1 is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

jlil1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account Settings section after completing jlil1 login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to existing limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders at set intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the jlil1 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact jlil1 support via live chat.

jlil1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlil1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement.

jlil1 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations as enforced by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). Your data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other competent Philippine government agencies as required by applicable law.

All content on the jlil1 Platform — including the jlil1 name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jlil1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jlil1 content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of jlil1's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlil1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jlil1's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation shall not apply to claims arising from fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct by jlil1.

The jlil1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlil1 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or government-imposed restrictions.

jlil1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the prescribed period.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to prior notification and applicable dormancy processing procedures.

Upon legitimate account closure (where no fraud, breach, or regulatory issue is involved), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the last verified withdrawal method on record, less any applicable processing costs, within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding thirty (30) business days.

A player may voluntarily close their jlil1 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been met prior to the closure request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. jlil1 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jlil1 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through jlil1's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting customer support via live chat.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being lodged, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila, for the resolution of such dispute.

Players also have the right to escalate unresolved gaming-related disputes to PAGCOR's Player Complaint Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's established complaint handling procedures.

jlil1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlil1 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any updated version will be reflected at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jlil1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 13.
